The terms for using our learning and readiness services.

Contracting party

The AI Institute is the service name. The legal entity identified at checkout, on the invoice or in an order form is the supplier for that purchase.

Ordering and payment

The product page and Stripe checkout show the offer, currency, price, access period and any seat minimum before payment. An enterprise proposal or order form may add terms for that engagement; if it conflicts with these terms, the signed document controls.

Access

A single-course purchase is for the named learner. All Access applies for the period shown at checkout. Readiness campaign access is limited to the purchased seats and authorised participants. Keep account, participant and control-room links private and tell us promptly if you believe one has been exposed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, probe or bypass security, share paid access outside the purchased scope, upload unlawful material, or include confidential customer, employee or regulated information in a readiness interview unless you are authorised to do so.

Learning and assessment limits

Our research, learning content, readiness scores and generated reports are educational and decision-support materials. They are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice, and they do not guarantee a business outcome. You remain responsible for decisions, professional review and appropriate human oversight.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure or improve the services and update content. If a material fault prevents delivery, contact support so we can restore access, provide a reasonable alternative or apply the remedy required by law and our refund policy.

Consumer rights and refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. See our refund policy for the request process.

Privacy and ownership

Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. We retain ownership of the platform and Institute materials. You retain ownership of material you provide and give us the limited permission needed to process it for the service you requested.
